Rooted in the spirit of Journey Home Support as a charity serving those living with loss, palliative and terminal diagnoses, and those seeking empowered living and dying, it offers a gentle space where people are met with understanding, not urgency.
It is a sanctuary where grief can be held, stories can be shared, and every person is supported with respect, kindness, and belonging. Here, care is not only about what is given, but about how it is given: with listening, with reverence, and with love.
Home is where the heart is - and in moments of great, unavoidable pain, come home.
