Education and Advocacy

Death and dying doesn’t come up in small talk and often considered taboo. Journey Home wants to change this. Our free death education programs seek to demystify end of life and allow us to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. We teach how to advocate and take control so you can create peaceful and meaningful memories at end of life.

Monthly Death Cafe
