At Journey Home, we offer compassionate, private grief sessions for individuals and families, as well as ongoing grief support groups.
In our group sessions, we create a safe and nurturing space where participants can connect with others who truly understand the many layers of loss. Together, we share stories, explore coping strategies, and support one another through the journey of grief with empathy and presence.

At Journey Home, we recognize that grief and trauma live not just in the mind, but in the body and spirit as well. Guided meditation offers a powerful pathway to gently process these emotional wounds—without needing to explain, analyze, or fix them.
Through stillness and breath, we create space to feel and release the heaviness that loss brings. Meditation helps regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety, and restore a sense of inner safety. It invites us to meet our pain with compassion, and in doing so, begin to heal.
Whether you are newly grieving or carrying long-held sorrow, this practice is a refuge—a place to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in the presence of quiet support.

Private Grief Sessions for Individuals and Families
At Journey Home, we offer private grief sessions to support individuals and families navigating the complex emotions of loss. These one-on-one or family sessions provide a confidential and compassionate space to be heard, held, and supported at your own pace.
Sessions can be arranged by completing our Service Request Form.
Sessions are with a suggested donation of a minimum of $90.

Grief is not only felt in the heart—it lives in the body, the breath, and the spirit. Our Restorative Practices and Holistic Bereavement Healing sessions are designed to gently guide you through your healing journey using creative and embodied approaches.
Through art therapy, sound journeys, breathwork, and expressive practices, we create space to release grief, soften emotional heaviness, and reconnect with the wisdom of your breath and body. These practices invite stillness, creativity, and presence—offering a path to awaken consciousness and uncover peace amidst life’s challenges.
Each offering closes with time for reflection in a supportive, small-group setting (limited to 8–12 participants) where healing unfolds gently, together.
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and be.
These are often pre-registered, by donation, with all proceeds directly supporting the compassionate services of Journey Home.
